1. Account Creation and Security
Users may register via email, phone, or Third-Party Providers (Google, Apple, Twitch, etc.). Sharing or transferring accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited. Softisium is not liable for security breaches occurring on third-party login platforms.
2. Licensing and Usage Rights
Purchased products (one-time or subscription) grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use. Regarding the software:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling is strictly prohibited.
- License keys may not be shared publicly or rented out.
- Any attempts to breach software security are forbidden.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
For term-based subscriptions, access will be restricted at the end of the period unless renewed. Free tools offered may be modified or discontinued at any time at Softisium's discretion.
4. Service Interruptions and Liability
Softisium is not responsible for temporary interruptions due to updates or force majeure. Software is provided "as is"; the user is responsible for data loss caused by hardware incompatibility or misuse.
5. Violation and Termination
If fraudulent activities or violations of license terms are detected, Softisium reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account permanently without any refund.
This agreement is deemed electronically accepted upon registration.
